We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of IT services, and a passion for building relationships with clients in domains such as Banking, Insurance, ERP, and CRM solutions . This role involves lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales cycle through effective presentations, proposals, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels (direct, partner, digital, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks for clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to understand service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor\ degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0\u20133 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Pre-Sales in IT services or related industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
  • Knowledge of IT services, CRM, ERP, Banking, and Insurance domains .
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a quick learner.
  • Knowledge of platforms like Upwork is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Odoo and Zoho CRM/ERP solutions will be a strong advantage.
