Business Development Executive

As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, your role involves researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets. You will be contacting potential clients via email or phone calls, establishing rapport, and setting up meetings. Working closely with senior team members, you will manage risks, maintain client relationships, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to revenue and profit growth. Key Responsibilities: - Research organizations and individuals online to generate new leads - Contact potential clients via email or phone calls to establish rapport and set up meetings - Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks - Maintain relationships with clients and address their needs effectively - Identify new market opportunities and contribute to revenue growth - Conduct market competitive analysis to develop sales strategy - Collaborate with the team to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in a technical domain - Graduated from a Science stream - Passionate about sales and business development - Strong communication and IT fluency - Creative problem-solving skills - Knowledge of the IT service industry and current trends - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines - Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations - Attention to detail and excellent time management In addition to the above, preference will be given to candidates from the legal, manufacturing, transport and logistics/supply chain management, knowledge process outsourcing/insurance/BPO, contractual organizations/educational institution, and healthcare industries.
