Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies requiring recruitment and staffing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, business heads, and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
