Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services domain (software development, cloud, mobile apps, etc.).
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Conduct meetings, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience

    in

    business development / sales

    within an

    IT services or software company

    .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and service offerings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience dealing with

    international clients (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)

  • Familiarity with preparing RFPs, proposals, and contracts.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or software development cycles is a plus.
