Key Responsibilities Identify, research & build lead lists of prospective clients Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) Manage inbound leads & qualify opportunities Conduct initial discovery calls to assess client needs Maintain CRM with call logs, follow-ups & pipeline status Collaborate with the closing team for smooth handover of qualified leads Track and report lead generation metrics Requirements 2–4 years’ experience in B2B lead generation / sales development (preferably digital/IT services) Proficiency in CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) Strong written & verbal communication skills Familiarity with digital services: a. Web & mobile app development b. API design & integrations c. UI/UX & user research d.
