Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on overseas education — courses, universities, admission & visa requirements.• Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries; follow up and convert leads into counselling sessions and applications.• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and coordination with international universities.• Maintain and update student data, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM.• Work closely with senior counsellors/management on outreach, marketing, and meeting enrollment targets.

Skills & Qualities Required

• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English; local language is a plus).• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and student-handling abilities.• Basic customer-service/sales mindset — active follow-ups and conversions.• Detail-oriented and organized in managing documents and student records.• Passionate about overseas education with a willingness to learn.• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience — training will be provided.
