Role Summary You’ll build and manage systems, lead counselling and visa teams, and ensure every lead moves efficiently toward conversion — while upholding quality and timelines. This role is core to our growth and impacts every stage of the student lifecycle. Responsibilities: Own the student journey from lead to visa Manage and scale counselling and visa teams Build SOPs, KPIs, trackers, and reporting systems Conduct regular training and reviews for your team Coordinate with university reps and compliance teams Handle escalations and ensure high student satisfaction Monitor daily lead progress, follow-up performance , and conversion analytics Ensure on-time admissions and visa submissions Requirements: 5–10 years in overseas education (admissions + visa) Proven team leadership experience Proficient in CRMs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp for Business Strong in process building and people management Show more Show less
