Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Nagpur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks will include lead generation, communicating with potential clients, account management, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects to ensure continuous growth and business development.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Account Management experience
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in the IT industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
