Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (Luxury Furniture Sales) who has strong experience in luxury retail or B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the premium furniture segment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and expand the client base for Polaris luxury furniture.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for growth.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Polaris’ luxury offerings.
* Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
* Collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury furniture industry.
* Represent Polaris at exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3–6 years of experience in luxury furniture sales, high-end interiors, real estate, or lifestyle products.
* Strong network of HNIs, architects, and interior designers (preferred).
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Passion for luxury design and an eye for aesthetics.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
