Job Description - Business Development Executive ●Implement promotions, campaigns, and partnerships with stakeholders. ● Sales targets established by the company. ● Take the extra mile to attract clients ● Track and analyze key metrics. ● Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstanding. ● Track competition and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand ● Good analytical skills and excellent communication. ● Remaining in tune with trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. ● Assisting the sales team with pipeline and opportunity inspection. ● Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple projects on tight timelines. ● Manage sales operations and marketing initiatives. Skillsets required: ● Minimum 1- 3 years experience Marketing-Sales ( Fresher’s are welcome ) ● Negotiation& Analytical skills ● Great networking skills ● Experienced in the full sales cycle, including deal closing ● Must be result-oriented ● Hunger to chase & close new business ● MBA candidates preferred Compensation Details: Depending on skillsets 3.5L –6LPA/- fixed + incentives (For experienced /smart candidates’ compensation can be extended) Perks: 1) Experience high growth start-up ecosystem 2) Flexible working hours 3) Your work has a visible impact Show more Show less
