Key Responsibilities: Actively identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities in residential and commercial real estate. Handle inbound leads and generate new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital campaigns. Meet clients to understand their property requirements and present suitable project options. Conduct site visits, property showings, and explain project details effectively. Maintain relationships with clients and provide end-to-end assistance from inquiry to closing. Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure timely completion of sales transactions. Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and share with management. Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial). Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of real estate market trends in Delhi-NCR. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
