Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to handle business development and client acquisition for manpower supply to manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, understanding their labour and staffing requirements, and building long-term business relationships to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential manufacturing and engineering companies that require contract labour or manpower support.
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing client accounts for continuous business.
• Understand client requirements for unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled, and highly skilled categories.
• Prepare and submit manpower proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely deployment of manpower.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and follow-ups for business development and service satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Handle client correspondence, documentation, and negotiation of service charges or contracts.
• Maintain client database and track business leads through CRM or Excel.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing industry manpower requirements.
• Proven experience in labour contract / manpower supply / staffing services.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel for client visits.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline preferred.
• MBA in Marketing or HR (preferred, not mandatory).
