Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Executive/Sales/Marketing-IT Software position should possess at least 4+ years of experience in the field. You should have strong skills in business development, sales management, lead generation, team management, and cold calling. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English, as well as showcasing good marketing, negotiation, presentation, and team management skills. You should have experience in dealing with international clients and projects, and be able to coordinate with relevant technical teams. Additionally, you should have basic technical knowledge and exposure to IT and software services. You will be expected to manage the complete end-to-end sales process from lead generation to finalization, and be proficient in initiating, promoting, and finalizing local and international business development via emails, phone calls, and chat. The successful candidate will be a problem solver with excellent attention to detail, a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to work flexibly with a positive approach to change. Salary will be as per market standards, with benefits including Provident Fund and Insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift, with additional performance and yearly bonuses offered.
