Job Description

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Executive who thrives in a fast paced work environment.

Qualification Required:

As an Executive - Business Development, you will be responsible for getting client accounts. Desired candidate must have an existing client relationship and a proven track record of success in getting new Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients in the
General staffing (domestic)
market.
Handle
end-to-end business development cycle
lead generation to deal closure.
Build strong relationships with
HRs, Hiring Managers and CXOs decision-makers.
Manage client accounts
, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
Generate revenue by meeting business targets.
Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.

Required Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in
General staffing sales (domestic market).
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience in
client acquisition and account management.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of Non-IT Industry and job roles (preferred).
