Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role located in New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities for office solutions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, creating proposals, meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
• Proficient in Account Management and Business Operations to effectively maintain and expand client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.
• Relevant experience or familiarity with the HR consulting or business development domain is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
