Business Development Executive

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base by identifying and engaging early-stage startups, product-led businesses, and founders across international markets. Youll lead outreach, build relationships, set up discovery meetings, and support proposal development. As an early member of our growth team, youll have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles in business development, sales, or growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Build and manage outreach strategies (cold emails, DMs, etc.) to generate qualified leads
• Research client backgrounds, business needs, and decision-makers
• Initiate outreach through personalized messages across email and social platforms
• Set up discovery meetings with qualified leads for the founders and tech team
• Track leads, conversations, and follow-ups
• Collaborate on pitch decks, proposals, and sales strategy
• Continuously optimize outreach and messaging based on results

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in business development or sales (B2B, SaaS, or services preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable with cold outreach via email and social platforms
• Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
• Organized, consistent, and able to work independently
• Passionate about startups and how they grow
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
