Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (Membership & Sales) at Noxuz Calicut, your role will involve driving gym membership sales, lead generation, member onboarding, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating new leads and converting them into memberships through various channels such as walk-ins, website/social-media enquiries, referrals, local networking, and cold/outbound calls. - Conducting facility tours for prospective members to showcase gym amenities, membership plans, wellness/personal-training packages, and membership benefits. - Achieving monthly/quarterly membership sales targets, upselling and cross-selling additional services like personal training, wellness/rehab, group-fitness, and premium memberships. - Managing lead pipeline by tracking follow-ups, conversions, renewals, cancellations, and member feedback. Additionally, preparing sales and membership reports for management. - Maintaining relationships with existing members to ensure satisfaction, retention, renewals, and referrals. - Collaborating with the marketing/operations team to plan and promote membership drives, special offers, and events. - Providing excellent customer service by handling enquiries, answering questions about services/plans, and maintaining the gym's premium brand experience. Qualifications & Skills: - Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service, ideally in the gym/fitness/wellness/hospitality sector. Freshers with excellent communication & sales aptitude may also be considered. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Malayalam (local language) and good proficiency in English preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, persuade, negotiate, and close deals. Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude. - Basic computer skills with familiarity in MS Office/spreadsheets/CRM tools for member-data and sales tracking. - Customer-centric mindset, professional demeanor, and ability to present gym services/benefits in a persuasive and transparent manner. - Passion for fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle is a plus. Knowledge about the gym environment and basic fitness services will be helpful.
