Job Description

The Receptionist cum Administrator serves as the first point of contact for clients and members while handling administrative duties and supporting sales operations. This role combines front-office management, customer service, and inside sales responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Office:

  • Welcome members and clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain bookings, and manage the front desk.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain records, reports, and membership databases.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-up on payments.
  • Support internal communication and office coordination.

Sales / Membership Duties:

  • Promote services, packages, and membership plans to prospects.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins to generate sales.
  • Maintain sales records, CRM entries, and reports for management.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and member retention initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or higher; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Experience in reception, administration, or sales (fitness/gym experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, billing software).
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Sales-oriented with the ability to meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,973.19 per month

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
