Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within PR, digital marketing, and corporate communications segments. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about the digital media space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to PR heads at corporates and decision-makers at PR/digital agencies
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and prospects through structured outreach
• Develop and execute outreach strategies in consultation with the Director/Sales Manager
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and conversions
• Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure their needs are effectively serviced
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and closures in CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and satisfaction of new clients
• Participate in regular training, product updates, and review meetings

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or inside sales (media/PR/digital preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined with a strong work ethic
• High level of ownership, honesty, and a willingness to grow personally and professionally
• Interest in digital marketing, PR, or media technology is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
