Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, relationship building, and converting inquiries into enrollments. You will be the front face of our brand, responsible for engaging with both students and corporates in B2C and B2B formats, ensuring consistent revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to potential leads and walk-ins.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or training programs.
Maintain relationships with College, Institutes,NGO's,distant learning centre and corporate clients (B2C + B2B).
Coordinate with the counseling and marketing team for campaign execution and lead handling.
Attend and support education fairs, seminars, and campus events for lead generation.
Maintain proper documentation and update CRM with call logs, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Meet weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets assigned by the branch.
Build and nurture client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (preferred: marketing, business, or IT-related fields).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Confidence in cold calling and telephonic pitch delivery.
Ability to understand training programs and explain value propositions clearly.
A goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work under targets.
