Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counsellor, located in Kalyan. The Education Counsellor will guide and advise students on various IT training programs and certifications. They will assess students' needs, provide detailed information about training courses, assist with course enrollment, and follow up with potential candidates. Additionally, the counsellor will maintain accurate student records and work closely with the training team to ensure student satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess and understand student needs and career goals
• Knowledge of IT training programs and certifications, particularly in networking technologies
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a counselling or advisory role, preferably in education or IT training
• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, or related field
