This full-time junior position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will have expertise in lead generation, client relationship management, and communication, with a commitment to driving growth and expanding our client base. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in lead generation, client relationship management, and communication (Mandatory skill). Experience in cold calling with a strong ability to initiate and maintain effective sales conversations. Demonstrated success in B2B sales, showcasing the ability to understand and target customer needs effectively. Skilled in negotiation, capable of confidently handling objections and closing deals efficiently. Proven track record in new business generation, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for building and maintaining client relationships. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets consistently. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective lead generation techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new clients and opportunities. Engage in effective cold calling to establish communication channels with prospective customers. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Prepare and deliver clear, engaging presentations to potential clients about the company’s solutions. Negotiate contracts with clients to establish advantageous business relationships.
