🔹 Identify and engage international buyers, importers & distributors
🔹 Generate B2B leads through research, outreach & trade platforms
🔹 Prepare and present export proposals and close high-value deals
🔹 Represent the company in global trade shows & virtual expos
🔹 Collaborate with sourcing, QA, logistics, and compliance teams
🔹 Monitor market trends and contribute to growth strategy
✅ 2+ years in export sales or international B2B business development (preferably in food/agro products)
✅ Knowledge of global trade practices, certifications, and documentation
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✅ Experience with digital lead generation and CRM tools
✅ Bachelor’s in Business, Agri/Export Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
✅ Willingness to travel and work across global time zones
