Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in the E-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding sellers, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, especially sellers in the e-commerce domain.

• Pitch My Pixel Panda’s website design, marketing, and growth solutions to potential clients.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective business strategies.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and e-commerce growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.

• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development/sales within the E-commerce sector.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, D2C websites, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

• A growth mindset with strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
