We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive growth by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth follow-up with leads.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales/marketing role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand IT services and solutions.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
