Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Goa. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting up meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients across India and internationally.
• Introduce Modular Pulse’s services and solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Qualify prospects based on defined parameters
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Maintain detailed records of leads and communication in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Key Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, and/or inside sales 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and client engagement.
• Basic understanding of the construction industry is an added advantage.
