Key Skills & Experience 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, and/or inside sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and client engagement. Basic understanding of the construction industry is an added advantage.
