Business Development Executive

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share within the assigned territory or market segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, procurement managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable medical equipment solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations in alignment with company policies.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, medical conferences, and industry networking events to promote the company and its products.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
