Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and manage staffing requirements across India.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ensure high-quality recruitment processes to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in staffing (preferably IT).
• Proven experience in Pan-India IT hiring.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
