To identify, acquire, and maintain new client accounts for recruitment and staffing services. The role involves building long-term business relationships with companies to fulfil their hiring needs through the consultancy.
Identify potential clients across industries (IT / Non-IT / Manufacturing / etc.).
Reach out to HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Business Owners
Generate leads and convert them into active clients.
Prepare and send business proposals and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client hiring requirements and ensure timely service delivery.
Communicate client requirements clearly to the recruitment team.
Follow up on candidate submissions and interview updates.
Ensure quality and timely closures of positions.
