· Identify active locality and area & scope of work in the territory. E.g.: Matunga has less work than Borivali.
· Categorisation of projects and builders in the city. (For e.g.: scale and budget of project, level of builder, image of builder)
· Generate meetings through site visits of ongoing construction sites (field work)
· Generate meetings through cold calls at builder offices to seek appointment in Builder with Purchase Manager/ GM Purchase/ Asst GM Purchase/ Procurement Manager/ Asst Purchase Manager
· Seeking an appointment and meeting with Associates & Principal Architect in structure Architect Firm for project.
· Introduce Company and make a presentation to potential clients with samples & catalogues.
· Negotiate to win purchase orders.
· Understand market feedback and trends and report to Company.
