Job Title: Business Development Executive Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Location: Wagholi, Pune Experience : 0–1 year Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Wagholi, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign alignment. Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset.
