Key Responsibilities:

Build deep relationships with plant teams, procurement, and senior management across accounts.
Identify unspoken needs and pain points by asking the right questions and mapping customer processes.
Develop and implement account penetration strategies to expand share of wallet.
Collaborate with application engineers to design tailored, value-based solutions.
Position the company as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.

Sales Ownership:

Understand customer buying journeys and navigate decision hierarchies.
Engage with influencers and champions to create pull-through demand.
Resolve techno-commercial queries and lead negotiations to close deals.
Ensure each opportunity is won on value, not just price.

Customer Success & Retention:

Support order execution by closely coordinating with internal operations.
Proactively address issues during delivery, installation, or maintenance.
Provide technical training to customer teams to build loyalty and trust.
Ensure smooth payment realization and long-term satisfaction.

Account Planning & Insights

Build structured account growth plans with clear targets and timelines.
Track opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
