Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential opportunities.

Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound calls, networking, and responding to inquiries.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, developers, architects, designers, and contractors.

Client Engagement:

Conduct meetings, present architectural solutions or product offerings, and develop proposals and quotations for prospective clients.

Sales & Negotiation:

Manage the sales process, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue and sales targets.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals, expand market presence, and align with the firm's overall business objectives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of the architectural industry, design concepts, and relevant products or services.

Sales & Business Acumen:

Proven ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and develop effective sales strategies.

Communication & Presentation Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication for presentations, client meetings, and internal collaboration.

Negotiation Skills:

The ability to effectively negotiate and close deals to achieve favorable outcomes.

Networking Skills:

A strong existing network or the ability to build one within the relevant sectors.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in business development or sales, particularly within Organization's sector or a related industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
