About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in the crypto or bitcoin industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and expanding our digital presence through strategic campaigns and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and affiliates in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
• Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the digital asset space.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and tech) to optimize growth initiatives.
• Create business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership strategies tailored to different audiences.
• Manage client relationships end-to-end — from initial contact to closure and ongoing engagement.
• Track, report, and optimize campaign performance to achieve business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or partnership roles within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry.
• Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, influencer marketing, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, market trends, and user behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

• Existing network within the crypto/DeFi/NFT community.
• Knowledge of Web3 marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience working with exchanges, wallets, or blockchain startups.
