Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1-2 years of experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in online bidding, writing proposals, and LinkedIn outreach.

Requirements: 

• 6–12 months of experience in BD or lead generation (preferably in IT)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of bidding portals and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to write clear, customized proposals.
• Understanding of IT services like web and app development.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Generate leads through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
• Write and submit business proposals and client communications
• Maintain follow-up and update leads in CRM or tracking tools.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
