Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive IT Operations Specialist to oversee and manage our IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of IT operations, including permissions, account management, password recovery, and help with maintaining existing dashboards and managing IT infrastructure. We are looking for an individual with hands-on experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, coupled with a solid technical background. Responsibilities: ● IT Operations Management: ○ Take the lead in managing day-to-day IT operations, including permissioning, account management, and password recovery tasks. ○ Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and address operational issues promptly. ● Onboarding and Offboarding: ○ Execute effective onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the IT environment. ○ Conduct offboarding procedures for departing employees, prioritizing data security and compliance. ● Technical Support: ○ Provide technical support to end-users and address IT-related issues promptly, like help with resetting passwords etc. ○ Collaborate with the IT team to enhance and maintain the overall IT infrastructure. ● Inventory/Tool Management: ○ Assist in the management of company inventory. ○ Work to optimize tool usage and contribute to the efficiency of IT operations. ○ Here are the list of tools we use daily: ■ Jumpcloud (for security- which includes MDM) - to access AWS/Snowflake/Retool/1Password( to access accounts) ■ Openvpn - to connect to US server ■ Workplace chat - for communication with teams ■ Zoom - to connect to meetings ■ Google sheets + Google docs - to maintain our reports and documentation ■ Superset - For Dashboarding ● Documentation: ○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes and procedures. ○ Create user guides and documentation for onboarding, offboarding, and common IT tasks. Qualifications: Proven experience in IT operations, specifically in permissions, account management, and password recovery. ● Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes. ● Technical proficiency in IT systems and support. ● Technical experience with IT infrastructure ● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ● Familiarity with tools like Jumpcloud, Openvpn, Snowflake, Retool, 1Password, Zoom, Superset etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Work Location: In person
