Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Lead Generator

to identify and qualify potential customers for our products/services. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing a pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry resources.
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather key information (e.g., needs, budget, timeline).
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and interaction history.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead-generation strategies.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar sales-related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and data mining abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of motivation and results orientation.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoom Info).
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and pipelines.
