Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Lead Generator

to identify and qualify potential customers for our products/services. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing a pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry resources.
Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather key information (e.g., needs, budget, timeline).
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and interaction history.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead-generation strategies.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar sales-related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong research and data mining abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and results orientation.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Qualifications

Experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoom Info).
Basic understanding of sales funnels and pipelines.
