Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the interior design, architecture, or real estate industry but not mandatory) and will be responsible for following leads, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms. Understand client requirements for interior design and coordinate with the design team to propose solutions. Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations. Maintain a strong relationship with clients through regular follow-ups and updates. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain and update the client database (CRM) regularly. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and necessary documentation.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the interior design or related industry (but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to understand basic interior concepts and communicate them effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills: Prior experience in the interior design, real estate, or architecture sector. Fluency in English and local language(s). Knowledge of basic design terminology (helpful but not mandatory).
