Job description: Job Title: (BDE) Business Development Executive Industry: Interior Design / Architecture Experience: 1 to 3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the interior design, architecture, or real estate industry but not mandatory) and will be responsible for following leads, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms. Understand client requirements for interior design and coordinate with the design team to propose solutions. Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations. Maintain a strong relationship with clients through regular follow-ups and updates. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain and update the client database (CRM) regularly. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and necessary documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the interior design or related industry (but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to understand basic interior concepts and communicate them effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in the interior design, real estate, or architecture sector. Fluency in English and local language(s). About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer with hands-on experience in managing interior execution work. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills, knowledge of interior materials, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise interior fit-out projects as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and labour teams. Track project progress, ensure timely completion, and maintain quality standards. Verify site measurements, materials, and quantities. Prepare daily/weekly site reports for management. Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth site operations. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Interior Site Execution / Fit-out Projects . Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent. Strong knowledge of interior materials and finishes. Ability to read drawings and manage labour on site. Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office.
