Ltd is looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are early in their career but eager to learn and grow in the field of sales and client relationship management in the IT industry. Responsibilities: Understand all services offered by KOLI Infotech (Web & Software Development, Digital Solutions, etc.) Actively reach out to potential clients via direct contact, referrals, and LinkedIn. Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage them to explore more services. Suggest upgrades or new services to clients based on their business needs. Create business proposals and quotations to support client acquisition. Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with clients. Gather and respond to client feedback to improve service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT or Software Services). Basic understanding of IT services and client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong LinkedIn and networking knowledge. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and goal-oriented mindset. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is a plus.
