Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive - Demat Accounts

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the acquisition of new clients for Demat accounts through provided leads and utilizing the LMS system.
  • Assist clients in setting up their mobile application and guide them through the KYC process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients during the onboarding process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to team and company success.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong sales-focused mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, Nifty, and financial products.
  • Good to average proficiency in English, with strong conversational skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and well-presented with a professional approach.
  • Educational Qualification: HSC or Graduation.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or BPO sales is preferred.
  • Age: 20-29 years.

Job Details:

  • Work Days: 6 days a week.
  • Shift Timing: Fixed Day Shift, 9 am to 6 pm (9 hours).
  • Salary: 17,000 to 29,000 net, depending on the last drawn salary and interview performance.
  • Incentives: 3,000 to 70,000 based on performance.

Training:

  • 3 days of training provided to help you succeed in the role.
