About The Role

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive who is ready to make a significant impact. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to explore new opportunities and strengthen existing collaborations.
  • Lead outreach to key stakeholders across various sectors to foster partnerships and drive growth.
  • Develop and nurture strong client/partner relationships as a distinctive representative of our organization.
  • Maintain organizational systems: manage trackers, engagement records, and communications effectively.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and follow-ups that facilitate productive dialogues.
  • Contribute to pipeline development, lead generation, and overall business development strategies.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure partners have impactful and smooth experiences.
  • Manage and schedule key partner-facing interactions, including meetings and follow-up calls.
  • Provide insights, detailed meeting summaries, and updates to internal stakeholders promptly.

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • 4–9 years of experience in B2B Sales, Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • A strategic mindset paired with a proactive approach to execution.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in tech startups, gig platforms, or social enterprises is a significant asset.
    • An inherent interest in skilling initiatives, women’s empowerment, and innovations in workplace solutions.
