Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and client acquisition in the building materials and design sector. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling building products or working with architectural or design firms, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and design sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Promote and sell the company’s building products and related services.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Operations, and Accounts) to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Handle client inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Travel to client sites and project locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or design firms.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
