Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

As a Business Development Executive (IT Sales) based in Ahmedabad, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact between clients and our internal team. You will be required to coordinate pre-onboarding, sales calls, and meetings with prospects, ensuring that their requirements are clearly understood and documented. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting demo sessions of our applications with potential clients and managing follow-up calls effectively. Your role will also involve organizing and maintaining project progress reports, managing information flow accurately and in a timely manner, and overseeing the calendars of executives by scheduling and setting up meetings. You will be expected to format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports. Furthermore, you will need to take minutes during meetings, screen and direct phone calls, and handle correspondence distribution. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have prior work experience as a Business Development Executive. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, along with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with office gadgets and applications such as e-calendars, CRM systems, and meeting tools is also required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are a necessity, while knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
