Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Website Development
Mobile Application Development
Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume
outbound cold calls
to potential clients in the US market.
Identify decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations to generate interest in our IT services.
Qualify leads based on client requirements and pass them to the senior sales or technical team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM.
Schedule meetings and product demos with prospects.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Follow up diligently on all leads to ensure maximum closure rate.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. ( Preferred )
Strong communication skills, especially in
spoken and written English
.
Willingness to work
night shifts
(US time zone).
Basic understanding of IT services such as websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
High level of
persistence, confidence, and resilience
.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (preferred).
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
