Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors / masters degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT software industry with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. - Basic understanding of IT software solutions. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to influence decision-making. - Proactive and self-driven with a focus on achieving results. - Prior experience in B2B sales or software sales.,
