We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT software solutions, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
· Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored software solutions.
· Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with prospective clients to showcase the company’s software solutions.
· Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
· Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
· Work closely with the management to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
· Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT software industry with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, also apply.
· Basic understanding of IT software solutions.
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to influence decision-making.
· Proactive and self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
· Prior experience in B2B sales or software sales.
