As part of our rapid business expansion, we’re seeking two driven and dynamic BDE Interns to join our team and fuel the next phase of our growth.


What You’ll Do

As a BDE Intern, you will:

  • New Acquisition:

    Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, partners, and accounts, accelerating our presence in target markets.
  • Expansion Support:

    Assist senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives for rapid business growth, both domestically and internationally.
  • Market Research:

    Research and analyse market trends to identify prime opportunities for expansion.
  • Relationship Building:

    Foster and manage relationships with leads, helping turn prospects into long-term clients.
  • Sales Support:

    Prepare presentations, draft proposals, and support deal closures alongside the business development and marketing teams.
  • Collaboration:

    Work directly with an international marketing team, learning global best practices in business acquisition and expansion.

Who You Are

  • Driven and ambitious, with a keen interest in business development, sales, or marketing.

  • Comfortable using digital sales tools, CRM platforms, and developing pitch materials.
  • Previous experience in sales, outreach, or business development is a plus, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.

Interview Structure

Our interview process is designed to be efficient and straightforward, helping us understand your fit and giving you a chance to showcase your skills:


  1. Screening Call:

    A brief 10-minute conversation to get to know you and understand your profile.
  2. Level 1 Interview with BDM:

    A 60-minute session that includes a take-home task and your presentation of the task. This will assess your practical skills and approach.
  3. Level 2 Interview with Company Director:

    A final discussion focused on onboarding and alignment with company values and goals.
  4. Turnaround Time:

    We move quickly — candidates will receive feedback within 2 days of the final interview.
