Business Development Executive Internship in Jaipur

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven business development executive to help grow our short-term rental portfolio, strengthen partner relationships, and increase brand presence across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, understands hospitality trends, and can leverage social media to generate business opportunities.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Identify, approach, and onboard new property owners for short-term rental partnerships.
• Conduct property visits, share proposals, and maintain strong follow-ups.
• Build relationships with brokers, agents, and local networks to grow supply.
• Maintain a structured database of leads and conversions.
• Create and share engaging content (stories, reels, posts) showcasing properties and experiences.
• Actively interact with potential guests, leads, and property owners via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Respond to queries and build engagement that drives direct bookings and property acquisition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run small campaigns, contests, and collaborations.
• Assist with onboarding of new properties—photoshoots, listing details, amenities verification.
• Coordinate with guests when needed to ensure smooth check-ins and positive experiences.
• Build trust and maintain healthy long-term relationships with property owners.
• Study market trends, pricing strategies, and local demand patterns.
• Identify new neighborhoods, property types, and segments with high potential.
• Offer insights to the leadership team to refine business strategies.
• Track weekly targets, lead conversions, and business performance.
• Prepare simple reports on outreach, social media efforts, and onboarding progress.
• Keep CRM and internal documents updated.
• Work closely with operations, marketing, and guest experience teams.
• Provide on-ground support for photoshoots, inspections, owner meetings, etc.
• Assist in brand activations, events, or tie-ups that support business growth.
